Eat Well With Thai Chili Dip

A wise man says “If you want to live a healthy life, eat well.” I believe that this might come from a man who loves eating. Thankfully, it is true. However, eating well should not mean to indulge yourself in the most decadent food or to eat tasteless food or become a vegan. I think it’s about avoiding processed foods and eating clean, whole foods. And you can do it without sacrificing taste.

Paad Thai – Thai Fried Noodle

Paad Thai – Thai Fried Noodle

    Post by Withaya

Recently, I strolled along a popular shopping alley in Bangkok’s old quarter called Bang Lam Pu. I spotted several food vendors selling ‘Paad Thai’, Thai fried noodle. It should not be surprising that this famous dish is called Paad Thai, which literally means ‘fried in Thai style’. The Artistic Side of Chiang Rai

Northern Thailand is the region where many great artists reside and create their art works. During my stay in Chiang Rai, I have visited a few places that exhibit the artworks of the great artists of Chiang Rai. The first place belongs to the artist whose architectural work is dominated by black color. The second place is a ceramic gallery that employs traditional method to produce beautiful ceramic products. The last one is a religious sanctuary restored by a painter who turns an unknown temple into a spectacular piece of art.
